- Influence of Sea Ice on Arctic Marine Sulfur Biogeochemistry in the Community Climate System Model (U.S. Deptment of Energy/EPSCoR, co-PI, 2008-2011).
- Sea ice-ocean-atmosphere coupled model for Earth Simulator (ES), and coupled physical biological model in the pan-Arctic Oceans (IARC - JAMSTEC funding).
- Collaboration on in-situ observation, remote sensing and modeling in the Pacific Arctic Ocean (IARC-JAXA funding).
